Donate to The Task Force

The Delaware County Suicide Prevention and Awareness Task Force would like to ask for your financial support. We are in need of funds to support the ongoing operations of the Task Force including the following: monthly meetings, public service engagements, costs for literature to educate the public about suicide prevention, costs for the 5K Walk/Run yearly event, Annual Task Force Symposium, and additional costs for coordination of all Task Force activities including the management of the Task Force website.

Although the Task force does raise funds for the 5K Walk/Run, those funds do not meet the ongoing needs of the organization and we wish to continue providing prevention and awareness education to the Delaware County and surrounding areas. Here are some of the many projects you may not be aware of that the Task Force supports. Continued tracking of all suicides in Delaware County with the hard work of the Suicide Death Review Team. The Task Force wants to continue supporting families who have been affected by suicide with up to date literature that can support survivors with their loss and provide guidance with their recovery. Your generous donation will assist us in reaching our mission by purchasing supplies for various health fairs, securing presenters for our Annual Symposium and other speaking engagements.
